t-code: LB11 after cycle count, TRs quantity disappear

Former Member

example:

PN: 896741644

FO: 0841312208

open transfer requirement quantity : 1015 pcs

then  i use t-code LB11 to  transfer 896741644 , 24 pcs

the partially transfer requirement quantity = 1015 -24 = 991 pcs  (see below picture 1 )

after cycle count,

the partially transfer requirement quantity will decrease again = 1015 - 24  -24 = 967 (see below picture 2 )

open quantity =991  but selected quantity = 967

and i will miss 24 pcs for transfer.

How can i deal with this ?

Thanks .

The physical inventory does not do any manipulations to a transport request.

Please use LT24 to display ALL TOs and see if there is any other that could have reduced this quantity.

I believe the above transfer order detail is not complete as if i will look in and out from the storage type 005 then you have negative stock -39 on 19th and when you are trying to create TO it is showing stock as +967, Could you please confirm whether the shared detail are complete

During a physical count you cannot have open TOs, they have to be cancelled. And you cannot create new TOs as long as the inventory block is active. Can this eventually be the root cause?

For which storage type and bin was your cycle count?

I see your setup is made for automatic TO creation. Can it be that system tried to create TO while the cycle count was in process?

1. This storage type is covered on cycle count .

2. Without cycle count's storage type would not be happened.

3. When TR has partial transfer, then trigger cycle count.  the transfer quantity miss issue will be happened .

4. if TR didn't transfer before cycle count , it were not happened.

5. TRs is automatic.

6. TO was created after I trigger LB11.
