Can the field length for supplier display name (DISPLAY_NAME) be increased? A lot of our suppliers full legal entity name is longer than 40 characters.
No it cannot be done as this is part of the standard schema. You could however add an extension to take a much larger name. This may require some additional query work to take full advantage of the new field.
