How can i trace back a alert from Client?

Hi,

I have a alert configured for my client now i want to trace back alert set for the client how can i do that can any one suggest me a walkthrough?

Hi Urstruly,

In this case i would suggest that you just have a look in your msg monitoring. There you can see if there are problems with single interfaces.

http://<fqdn>:<port>/pimon   or /rwb

What to look in message monitoring

) ChCheck the messages for To be delivered state.
Check the messages for Delivering state.
Check the messages for All containing error state.
Check the messages which are processed through the entire XI pipeline that is Integration Server. the messages which are processed by BPE (Business Process Engine ) and in XI Run Time queues (I/B, O/B Queues).

You got the Alert mail ?

You can have a look in pimon or rwb (depending on you release) with the information you gain from the alert (service,interface...).

Another option is to use central pi monitoring from solution manager.

Alert mail got deleted/unable to figure out where it is so i couldn't trace his/her alert what can i do now
