OOM issue need PI +basis help

Hello All,

We need help for out of memory issue.

We are getting OOM issue in SAP PI NWA and due to which first server node out of four is stop working and after that all the other nodes will be down.

So when i checked the message flow I couldn't find messages with high size and everything looks fine.

So can someone please tell me what is the exact cause of this issue ? Why Operating system memory utilization is always increasing daya by day and reach to 98%.Is this related to Logs error in any case as I can see as logs are increasing then memory utilization start increasing.

Have you got any basis/technical resource you can speak to?  This is going to be a bit difficult for remote people to solve.

Hi,

as its OS memory you cant do any thing.

Inform to basis guys, they will take the heap dump to analyse the issue.
