Create an FMEA object with a function list, defect and an action.
Now create a new FMEA using the template option and selecting the copy actions indicator. use the newly created FMEA object as reference for creating a new one.
When i try to save it. It gives a "data not saved error", as it fails to save it.
gives an error that the planning element already exists.
Hi Aqib,
The system needs a unique number to identify the different elements of FMEA. These number cannot be duplicated for the same element.
In your case the element H5963... is duplicating. Find this element in the new FMEA and change its number. You can have a maximum of 24 characters in this field.
Please revert if you need further information.

Rahul

Rahul Barjatya already answered exactly.
You have to rename the identification for lower elements to create new FMEA structure.
