ChaRM: Missing import transport request(background) at task list

Dear Expert,

In ChaRM Task list for transport management, we use to have the selection of 'important transport request (Subset-baclground) and 'important transport request (baclground)' to transportimmediately/schedule job. (Image01).

Recently when we try to create new project and task list. The task list do not have the selection of 'important transport request (Subset-baclground) and 'important transport request (baclground) but it shows 'preliminary import and schedule import job for transport request' (Image01)

When we try to schedule the transport immediately, using 'schedule import job for transport requests', the status show  release (flag icon) and the transport was not moving over the QA.

Need help to provide advice on this.

Check your STMS configuration again, and logical system setup under CHARM project correctly.
