is i3 proccessor will support for ecc6.0 ehp7 installtion on windows server std version??

My client is asking to install ecc6.0ehp7 on desktop with i3 proccessor.

can we install on i3 proccessor????

Hi,

I3 is a multi core CPU and that should not be a problem if you are installing this on the right OS and DB.

Goto PAM and select the right combination for OS/DB and start installing as per the installation guide.

Hi Chandra,

To ensure that you install SAP software on right OS and DB platform refer to PAM.

www.service.sap.com/PAM

There is no dependency described for i3 processor. I have seen people installing SAP IDES on local desktops and laptops with such processor.
