Send Excel File to XI using File Adapter

Hi All,

I want to send an excel file to XI using sender file adapter.

Can I use file content conversion for this?

Without using modules I want to achieve this.How shuld I process this file?

Is there any blog for this.

Hi

If you are using proper Microsoft Excel document as your source then you need to have some module processors setup to convert excel document to an XML file.(XI does not have out of the box capabilities to do this).

If your input is a CSV file the you can go with file content conversion. Check this blog for file content conversion

Hi shweta,

Excel file is nothing but a CSV file which can be separated using fiel content conversion easily
