Hi fols,

I need to upgrade de Java stack of my solman 7.1 SP10 but i can´t start the JSPM, when i run the command it just returns me this:

D:\usr\sap\SLM\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM>runas /profile /slmadm:%sap1%\slmadm D:\usr\s

ap\SLM\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM\deploy\StartGui

RUNAS USAGE:

RUNAS [ [/noprofile | /profile] [/env] [/savecred | /netonly] ]

        /user:<UserName> program

RUNAS [ [/noprofile | /profile] [/env] [/savecred] ]

        /smartcard [/user:<UserName>] program

RUNAS /trustlevel:<TrustLevel> program

/noprofile        specifies that the user's profile should not be loaded.

This causes the application to load more quickly, but

can cause some applications to malfunction.

/profile          specifies that the user's profile should be loaded.

                     This is the default.

/env              to use current environment instead of user's.

/netonly          use if the credentials specified are for remote

                     access only.

/savecred         to use credentials previously saved by the user.

This option is not available on Windows 7 Home or Windows 7

Starter Editions

                     and will be ignored.

/smartcard        use if the credentials are to be supplied from a

                     smartcard.

   /user             <UserName> should be in form USER@DOMAIN or DOMAIN\USER

/showtrustlevels  displays the trust levels that can be used as arguments

                     to /trustlevel.

/trustlevel       <Level> should be one of levels enumerated

                     in /showtrustlevels.

program         command line for EXE.  See below for examples

Examples:

> runas /noprofile /user:mymachine\administrator cmd

> runas /profile /env /user:mydomain\admin "mmc %windir%\system32\dsa.msc"

> runas /env /user:user@domain.microsoft.com "notepad \"my file.txt\""

NOTE:  Enter user's password only when prompted.

NOTE:  /profile is not compatible with /netonly.

NOTE:  /savecred is not compatible with /smartcard.

Any idea?

The username I logged on with is the slmadm, <SDI>adm. The sername name is sap1.

You should use SUM for instead of JSPM.

Hi Divyanshu,

In Solution manager 7.1 JSPM is working until SAP NetWeaver 7.02 SP14 .

Since the system is with SP10 , JSPM will work.

Did I say that JSPM is not supported ?

I asked him to use SUM in place of jspm.

Also, jspm is called and used by SUM.

Hi Nelson,

You need to check whether the JSPM is opening properly or not.

If it is not opening in your system properly , then you will face issue in SUM as well.

Hi Nelson,

Remember use the option javaonly when you call SUM as the command STARTUP.bat javaonly if you do not want to update ABAP stack.

2. D:\usr\sap\SLM\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM\StartGui
