Installation using Template

Hello All,

We are planning to automate the process of installing SAP application server based on Linux with all needed partitions (usr/sap/<SID> and /sapmnt/<SID>) and the SAP specific packages (e.g. sapconf). In addition to that we'd like to automate the process of installing a windows dns, ad and ntp server. And at last we want to automate the installation process of a nfs/nas server (lowest priority).

can someone suggest and share his/her experience to build this.

Thanks for the message.

Landscape Visualization has the option to do certain basis tasks but I am afraid that this tool full file my requirements.

I need to make template/ Package for  /usr/sap/<SID> and /sapmnt/<SID> and <sid>adm and ora<sid>) including groups (sysdba, sapinst, dba, sapsys, oper) and the SAP specific packages (e.g. sapconf).

On windows packages for DNS, AD etc.

This is my requirement and I don't think this tool full fill this, please correct me if I am wrong.
