Incorrect Shipment cost calculation status in Shipment

Hello All,

We have incorrect status of "Overall status of calculation of shipment costs for shipment" status even though Shipmetn cost is calculated correctly.

Status in Shipment

Shipment cost status

Does any one came across same scenarion.

Would like to understand

1. How to correct the status of existing shipments

2. Root cause / possible cause why the issue is happening.

Hi Naga Mohan,

Can you check the Shipment cost calculation at the line item level. Are they also set to Completed?

Also, check the OSS note Note 653014 - Info: Shipment overall status of calculation is 'B'

Hi,

Hope.. Logistics Invoice Verification Document is not yet posted for this document. So please check Overall Shipment Cost Status after completion of AP Invoice posting for Service Entry sheet then it will be changed to Completed processed status instead of Partial Completion Status.
