Configuration failed

Second step on Configuration failed.

System preperation>Check installation>Check Service Connection

Check Service Connection is red and I tried every possible solution.

Any ideas? What is going to be my next step?

I would submit log files but too many of them. Ask for it.

Then you need to check on that.

Check from OSS1 and check your SAPROUTER is working and routtab table is forwarding request.

When I call OSS1 transaction and after I click to Logon on SAPNet I get error: Unable to connect to SAPNet message server. It worked early today. Now I broke this also. I think something is wrong with my saprouttab file.

saprouter is running as service. Is there any test for router to make sure it is configured properly?

check dev_rout file for any issues.

Check routtab.

Use niping for network test.

And best would be stop saprouter and restart it and check logs.

If the information in OSS! is fine and router is configured correctly, this work.

Hi Arnes,

Try to restart SAP Router. If it is still not working, please check with your network team whether there is any link (ISP Provider)  down or any issues from network end.

Public IP is NATted with you local IP.

Use local IP of router in OSS1.

Infact - delete SAPOSS from SM59

Goto tcode oss1 and save the entries as per the above notes and new SAPOSS will be generated.

SAPOSS RFC working in any other systems in your landscap like ECC,BI ?

If RFC working fine then copy the routersring and maintain in your SOLMAN system's SAPOSS,Then do connection test.

Thanks,
