FIORI - PDF files attached are not downloading properly - Approve PR

Hi  Guys, I´m dealing with a strange problem. We´re testing the implemented "Approve PR" app in FOIRI  DEV and we create a couple of unit test cases. One of them is for testing the Attached files, so we build a case with a PDF, DOC and XLS files attached to the PR in the ERP. we´ve attached those files and opened them and everything is OK( ERP ), but when I try to open those attached files for a specific PR in Fiori, I found that the PDF files are empty, It let me download it , but when i try to open it...it´s empty and the size is different (not 0kb).

Nothing happens with DOC ans XLS files...they are working fine. we have this issue with PDF files only.

Do you know what could be happening?

All components are in the latest version and sp to.

Hi Diego,

I see the support package level is old. Ypdate the support package and apply mandatory notes mentioned in the help document.
