I have a CRM server on Cloud (Amazon Web Services). Which shuts down very frequently and error message comes " Database disconnect, Session terminated " even my MMC is up every thing is green . When I restart one service Sybase SQLServer_SID then I am able to connect with system via GUI.
Please find attached logs for your ready reference.
Any help would be really appreciated.

the secure store file which contains username/password for the database connection can't be opened.

Hi Vishal,
basically your instance is trying to access file:
\\Vikalpcrms\sapmnt\VCI\SYS\global\security\rsecssfs\key\SSFS_VCI.KEY
which hosts the user and password for the database (encrypted).
You should check from the application server if the user running SAP software is able to access the above-mentioned file.
