I agree with Naveen.As restart is not possible for sync messages.If it is a mapping error correct it and process from first.

If they are synchronous messages you can not restart, for asynchronous messages,please check the error details and try to fix and resend.

Try to check for the error and after correcting process the file end to end. You may be not able to restart this message from Moni.
