Automatic rescheduling of orders

MY pick pack time is  3 days and my loading time is 2 days and RLT is 10 days and i have a stock of 100 quantity and today(20.09.2014) customer1 places an order for 90 quantity and his required delivery date is 10.10.2014 and customer2 places an order for 90 quantity and his required delivery date is 28.09.2014 for this case system automatically cancel the first order and conform quantity to second order and reschedule the first order....

how to configure it

Hi,

confirm if this reconfirmation need to be done only for this single transaction or Mutiple

if it is single you can go with V_RA and run backorders

if it is for multiple orders you need to run V_V2  as Background Schedule daily on specific time

Hi,

please have a try with the followings:

1. go to V_V2

2. specify the material and delivery plant

3. check 'process sales documents'

4. in sort order frame

- document category 0

- delivery priority 0

- date 1 (choose 'sort by delivery date of earliest schedule line')

- document number 0

- document item 0
