Purpose of GRAC_MSMP_MANAGER_AGENT

Hi All,

Could some one clarify on GRAC_MSMP_MANAGER_AGENT. Is it for sending workflow to the Manager , mentioned in Access requested.

Hi,

Yes you are correct this functional module will check the manager id in the access request screen and will sent the request to him if one configured in your workflow path.

The purpose of this agent is to fetch the manager details from access request screen ,user details manager id.

the user whose id is maintained in manager field will be identified as manager by the FM and request will be routed to his/her inbox.
