Dear Experts,
Scenario: Contract Lease-In for a building ..Rent payable every year to a vendor.
When i do periodic posting there is an error : Cost Center is required for GL Account XXXXX.
Yes i need cost center and order to be updated.
Accounting entries are e. here i have question :
Rent Expens (GL Account).....Cost centre....order>>>>>>>DR
Accounts Paybale >>>>>>>>>CR.
Kindly let me know how to manage cost center and order?

Actually, RE object is a kind of CO object, hence when doing posting in RERAPP, it is recoginized as a cost object for cost/revenue account(cost element).
to suppress the error, I would suggest you to change the customizing in OB14 and OB41 for field status group(set cost center as optional).
