Not able to expand or collapse the section on UI screen

Dear Experts.

I am trying to expand or collapse the section in the UI screen and I have tried all possible configurations to enable it. Nothing seems working.

Can anyone please help for the issue being faced for expansion/collapse of section on UI screen without using any code.

Example : Addresses, Bank Accounts, Identification Numbers, Tax Numbers, Industries.

You can add in Toolbar schema as a button with creatintion of event parameter.
