overhead is not calculated in sales order

Hi every one

                In MTO scenario ,while calculating overheads system not calculating any overheads even it hasn't thrown any issue. what could be the reason behind not throwing any errors.

Prerequisites already maintained .

could you throw some points to solve an issue. Let me know if you need more information on this.

Hi every one

In the MTO scenario, while calculating overheads form the VA02 system not calculating any overheads even it hasn't thrown any issue.

And Same Material Run properly in CK11N with overhead costing.

Cost sheet is the same for Va02 and CK11N only costing Varient is different.

Could be the reason behind not throwing any errors.

Prerequisites already maintained.

Please suggest its is go live critical for me.

Hi Raju,

Check costing sheet assigned in your sales order.

You can check in VA03 by going in Extras-Costing button.

Besides, configuration path is as below

1. Go to sales order-line item- procurement tab-requirement type

2. Go to t-code OVZH & check requirement class assigned to requirement type

3. Under SPRO, go to controlling-product cost controlling-product cost by sales order-control of sales-order-related....-Check requirement classes. Here you will find costing sheet assigned

4.Now go to OKOZ and analyze the above costing sheet

Hi Raju

Overhead allocation should be done through Assessment cycle have you run any cycle for this

because all the Cost should flow from production cost center to sales order cost center

have you create any cost object if you create cost object then settled though through sales order

then Cost will flow for over cost to sales order
