BP CRM Service Plan (C3S) (Error: Item Category determination & missing assignment blocks)
I try to set up the BP CRM Service and work on Configuration Guide C3S (Service Plan).
When I try to create the Service Order Template as mentioned in the CG (Step 3.3) I get the following Error eventhough I did everything like mentioned before in the CGs:
What can I do to get rid of these Errors?
Trying to create a Service Plan like mentioned in step 3.4 I cannot find the assignment blocks "Service Plan Item Details" and "Interval Details".
They are also not available in the personalization area. Additionally I get the following Errors there:
How can I get rid of these Errors?
