Hi ,

FMBB is not designed for statistical budget. You have 2 tools to generate statistical budget:

1. Transaction FMPEP:
Multiple Budget Entry. Using this tool you can create single budget document using the statistical budget S1 (like FMBB)
Before using FMPEP you have to create a layout in the customizing. See Budget Entry Documents-> Document Definition -> Define Layout for Multiple Budget Entry. There you define budget type xxxx (it is available in F4 help, I checked in your system).

2. Transaction FMMPSTAT (program RFFMMP_STAT)
Using this transaction you can generate statistical budget documents calculated by a Key Figure and a source budget (you must already have budget on the database).
You should be allowed to use the value type xxxx statistical but for that you should be sure to define 2 things:
a) document type with the scenario for Value Type "statistical" in the IMG activity:
Budget Control System (BCS) -> Budgeting- > Budget Entry -> Budget Entry Documents -> Document Definition ->Define Document Types

b) Control Budgeting Flow -> Edit Status => you should set a status for the budget category / budgeting process / budget type to be used.

Then you will be able to use the Value Type xxxx in FMBB.
