Integration with C4C

Hi Guys,

My client is using salesforce which is integrated with  Telmar, CDTI, JIRA, Data warehouse and some other systems as well.

Now, they want to move to C4C. Is it possible to integrate these systems with SAP C4C without a third party middleware ? (Maybe using custom APIs)

Hi Harsh

We have SOAP and odata API's.  They can integrate directly without using a middleware. Of course, if you do that either the receiving application or the API must do all the mapping - but they would be a design choice.  We recommend a middleware to give the most flexibility to change the integration w/o having to change the application.
