CRM System refresh in a landscape having ECC, SCM and BI systems

Hi Seniors,

I have a doubt regarding system refresh. When we do CRM system refresh in a landscape having ECC, SCM and BI systems, is it required to do system refresh in all the systems ? in this example in ECC, SCM and BI as well ? This concept is not clear to me.

Could you clear this doubt please.

Thank you for the reply. SAP note 886104 says that other SAP systems and non SAP systems in the landscape also should be refreshed.
