Adobe XL, Windows 8 and SAP version 9 PL 8

Good day

My client just upgrade her machine to windows 8. When trying to generate PDF, SAP used to preview the document but is not doing it anymore.

We found the PDF documents  saved directly under the B1Share / BitMaps folder.

We have checked user permission, run SAP as an administrator, grant full permission for the B1 Share_Folder and no luck. When checking on General setting, the attachment does have the right path enter from the server

Any suggestions. We  have experience little issues with SAP users that have upgraded to Windows 8 but this one we haven't been able to figure it out.

Thank you for your reply. The solution doesn't apply to our case.

When we click on the PDF, SAP is not given us any error. It just not previewing the document

We think its relate with Windows 8

I will investigate and update this message when I find a solution

FYI:

Tested in 8.82 version PL04 with Windows 8.1, PDF preview is successful.

Conditions: Administrator of the system, paths are defined for attachment and picture folders.
