In transaction SM58 -> Execute LUWs

What does the flag: "Delete qnosend flag" mean

I am not certain but it looks to me like the qnosend flag prevents the RSARFCEX report from executing the LUW. So, when you select the checkbox the LUW will actually be exectued.

Yes, I have experience this.  After checking the delete qnosend flag, I was able to execute the LUW with RSARFCEX report.  I'm just curious of why?
