Can anyone tell me, in Employee self service, if someone on your behalf(not from your login, from his login) can work for you like to submit leave request, or travel request etc...in ESS
There is no standard configuration available in ECC. But if you are on EhP5 and above, there are options that a Manager can apply leave or record time on behalf of his employees.
Please look into the code for those screens and hopefully you would get an idea on how you can extend that to any other employee.
