Dynamic date calculation

We would like to flag Customs Management Documents for archiving automatically. To do so we need to create a job using a variant with a dynamic date calculation. Within this date calculation we would like to put in that only documents created 48 months ago and older shall be selected.

Does anyone have an idea how to use one of the existing variables?

With one of my colleagues I have found a way.

I have to use to select as much month I needed.

But I have to put in the first value without minus (because of minus minus).

Now it works.

Hello,

start report, press the botton Goto-->Variants-->Save as Variant. Choose your date, click in the field "Selection variable" and choose D 😧 Dynamic Date Calculation (Local Date). CLick in field "Name of Variable (Input only using F4), press F4 and choose Current date +/-??? days. Via F4 you can choose the inputvalues für the tow fields, e.g. "I" and "LE", enter and a pop-up occurs where you can enter e.g.-730 for 2 year or -1460 for 4 years.

that's really very simple. I haven't thought about that, but it's only possible to put 3 digits in.
