EWM- Inbound Process with Deconsolidation is not working for me even i followed SAP help
Please share any config steps with this process
I followed settings
Configuration Document for Deconsolidation
Define Process Oriented Storage control
Step 1
SPRO-EWM-cross process setting-warehouse task-define process oriented storage control
Step 2
Setupwarehouse process type, destination storage for your external steps. Do not check the rules based check box if you are giving the destination data
don’t have to mention the destination data for final putaway step that is IB03, the destination data for final putaway will be determined by the storage type and bin determination strategy
Step 3
Define storage process
Assign the steps in the storage process
Step 4
Warehouse process type
The warehouse process type used is 1011, the other WPTs for moving to staging is 3060 and for stage to pack is 3065
Step 5
Check the storage types
Storage type role should be F (doors) for the unloading storage type
Step 6
Define work centre
But still process is not working
if anybody has Config steps and process step , please share with me

Hi Darshan
Can you post error you are getting.
for decon process master data playes major role with confg.
1. Decon only work when you have multiple product going to different storage type with different decon group storage bin.
2. Storage type + activity area + consolidation group >>check >> it should be different.
Have sorted your bins? after sorting does storage bin has different consolidation group.
to check different.
Have you assign decon WC with decon Bin.
have you created bins
GR-ZONE
Decon WC Bin
DOOR Bin
and made proper assignment.
Please find below IMP screen shot to understand deconsolidation logic and when it triggers and initiate with FLOW.
Now when you do unload activity and confirm first WT if decon WT is not creating check SMQ2 and SLG1 to get log for same.
You can also activate log for WT under setting and activate log for WT and WO.
Regards
Suraj
