Idoc Flat file to Idoc Xml conversion error by using module bean

Hi Experts,

I need to convert Idoc flat file ( in text format) to Idoc xml. Instead of using conventional file content conversion approach, I have used Module bean to convert Idoc flat file data to xml. The module I have used is SAP_XI_IDOC/IDOCFlatToXmlConvertor and defined parameters as well in sender file adapter module tab page. While getting idoc flat file from AL11, sender communication channel throwing below error and file is not reached to MONI. The error is

""Error: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -2"". Can any one give what might be the reason and solution to the reason.

The sender file adapter must look like below

SAPRelease is important in order to read the idoc's metadata.

Could you send your configuration?

Thanks for your reply. While configuring sender file adapter I did the same sequence what you have suggested. If I restart the PI server, first time files are reached to MONI. But from second time onwards, I am gettting the same error in sender communication channel..

Please suggest where the problem occurs?
