Dear

you can follow below Note

1938714

in sm59  check your server Target host should your hostname and ip adress should be 192.xx.xx.xx

and then go to utilities--> test--> authorization test and connection test if it failed in authorization test then problem with logon user and password  if it clear both test then there is no problem

Hi

Again Basis Team can help you to resolve the error.

It shows Program is not registered in the system which you are doing connectivity test.I guess its java connector to SAP BW and the particular program is not registered. In SM59 under Technical setting there is program ID with server name .just check with the program ID once.

once again Cross check the connection parameters properties too.In some case this will also raise the error.

Thanks,

Did you connect to BASIS once with the same error screenshot?
What was the reply from their end?

Hi Fatih,

Program not registered is the error of missing entry in saprfc.ini file.

Please maintain correct entries in this file and you should be good. Basis team should be able to correct this as experts said.

thanks

Hi,

Please take basis team help and solve it.

Other wise you can post your issue at SAP Basis forum.

Seems like RFC connectiosn are not maintained properly.

Useful to codes - SM59, WE20/21

Thanks

Hi
BASIS always takes care of such activities. We from BW can just check the source system connections.  Please get in touch with them and they will ramp up the connection back.

Thanks!
