How to enable Create follw up button of incident ticket only on perticular status

Hi experts,

I have implemented incident and Charms in system but facing one issue, User are able to create change document on any status of incident tickets.

Our requiremet is, we want to restrict user to create follow up on any status.

could anyone help me in this, that how to enable and disable create follow up button depends on status of incident??

Hi Rahul,

Create follow up is the button in CRM, assigned with the links, it doesnot associate with any PPF actions.

Hence I am not sure, you could control this based on status of incidnet, you may go for  enhancement implementation.

but you can control,  the transaction types inside the create follow up button by following UC00036 - SAP Solution Manager - Security and Authorizations - SCN Wiki

Rather, you could check for CRM_UI screens, buttons authorisation, this also could help. check with CRM folks.
