Thanks for the replies.
Issue is due to the excel Addin which is installed in users system. After unchecking it, report is working fine.

BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.30 with latest Patch Level and check whether it helps you.

Hi,
As you are able to execute the same query in your system, there might be the problem with your GUI or Excel.
Try to reinstall the GUI with latest patch that is there (working system) and check if its not the issue try to re-install Excel 2007.
