Hello,

I've get an error during migration to Hana db.

During Create ICM userstore phase I get and error, and the output of saplikey.log is:

There is the errors in log

Hello,

I have solved my problem by repeating the migration.

I have implemented some notes with corrections listed at note 1908075.

Further I did no table Splitting, but I think the solution was to implement the notes.

Best Regards

My Problem was related to the DDNTF and DDNTT tables.  For us we did a Unicode conversion with the export and the DDNTF_CONV_UC table did not export for some reason, the prereq jobs did create entries for it.  Reran export now, almost done, hopefully it will export this time.

In short, DDNTF and DDNTT tables contain your data dictionary.  If they are missing in a system after import your system will not start up.  It will seem like many tables like SAPLIKEY are missing, but infact your DDNTF or DDNTT are probably empty.

I´ve looking in dev_w0 log and the system falls to shutwon and shows this error:

C  *** ERROR =>   prepare() of C_0001, rc=1, rcSQL=259

[dbsdbsql.cpp 1397]

C  *** ERROR => PREPARE C_0001 on connection 0, rc=259

C  SELECT COMPCNT, UNICODELG FROM "DDNTT" WHERE TABNAME = 'SVERS' ;

B  *** ERROR => NTAB: SELECT COMPCNT, UNICODELG FROM DDNTT WHERE TABNAME = 'SVERS' FAILED

I've checked the table with Hana studio and the table doesn't exist.

In the file ESTIMATED_ROUD_COUNT.txt only appears table:

DDNTDONE;0

DDNTLANG;0

Table DDNTT doesn't appear. Any suggestion?

System version is Netweaver 7.40 SPS07.

Thanks a lot

I have cleared the licenses in the SAPLIKEY table, but the same error is still there.  I have also tried to run a license key install with saplikey program on os, but did not help.  Same error is given.  With SAPSR3 user I can see the table, and I could see the contents of it as well.  All the licenses within this table were for _ORA or _DB6.

Hi Ruben.

I have logged a call with SAP on Saturday morning.  I did not yet get a reply.  When I do I will let you know.  If you could please do the same, I would appreciate it.

Hi Ruben,

Goto SMP and download the SAPCRYPTOLIB for Windows.

You can get this under support packs section, under character 'S'.

Download and uncar in exe.

I get the same error with an import of EHP7 ERP6 with 741_50_unicode kernel.  Does not make sense as to why I would need files from cryptolib that are from 2013.  The error is looking for a path that does not exist. //D00.  That path seems to be a path hardcodes somewhere from a saplab.  PS: My import to Sybase is on SUSE Linux.

MSC-04120  Creating a license signature failed:

===...could not load SSF library D:\usr\sap\\D00\exe\sapcrypto.dll

Does this library exist at this path. Please check. If it exists , application is not able to load it. Download the correct version as per you kernel patch level and operating system.

Thanks

Hello Amit,

This path doesn't exist (D:\usr\sap\\D00\exe\sapcrypto.dll)

I'll revise the kernel but I think that is the correct.

Former Member

You don't need to revise the whole kernel, Just download this library for your operating system ( I guess is windows) from marketplace and place it in you kernel.

You can also copy this file manually to your local kernel (D:\usr\sap\\D00\exe\)) if its available at the central kernel location.

Thanks

The sapcrypto.dll library exists under kernel directory, but this path doesn't exist.

In dev_w0 log appear

I suggest you to use the latest kernel as there were similar issues like these and were resolved by updating the kernel set.

Hi Ruben,

Can you check the values of these profile parameters in your system and provide them.

sec/libsapsecu

snc/gssapi_lib

ssl/ssl_lib

ssf/ssfapi_lib

Thanks

Amit

Hello Amit,

I don´t have any of this parameters defined on my defautl and instance profile.

Former Member

Hi Ruben,

Can you check the default values of these in RZ11.

Also check if  ssl/ssl_lib and snc/gssapi_lib are pointing to the correct path for the dll file.

Also check the default values for following.

sec/libsapsecu

ssf/ssfapi_lib

Thanks

Amit

Hi Amit,

But I'm making a system copy and I'm installing the target system to hana database with previous version.

I can't access to RZ11 of system, it can't start

Former Member

Hmm,

You can try to set these two parameters manually in the instance or default profile and check the results

ssl/ssl_lib

Set the above  to the actual path of the crypto dll.

and the below two as

sec/libsapsecu=$(ssl/ssl_lib)

ssf/ssfapi_lib=$(ssl/ssl_lib)

You can also set all the parameters to the actual path of crypto dll and give it a try.

Thanks

Amit

Hello Ruben

Check for the parameter ssf/name = SAPSECULIB in the DEFAULT.PFL file. If present disable it and restart the SAP services and then retry on sapinst.

If that doesn't help could you attach the profiles here please ?

Note: This is just a suggestion which I would try.
