Hello Victor,

the message just inform you that the SAP system isn't able to connect. Maybe this SCN thread might help:

To get a closer look, we would be in need of further details, like version numbers of the software in use and maybe you can check the SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) log file if there are also problems reported.
