Hey guys,
we have a problem with the Ldap System on our BO Testsystem after we changed the Ldap Group Names and have to refresh the names in BO System, we can't access the Ldap configuration page in BO anymore.
Our client has two BO systems, on the productive system the configuration page is opening after one second. On the testsystem we wait for half an hour and nothing happens.
Anybody has an idea what we can do about this?
we already restartet the server and I tried to check to logs, but couldn't find anything.

First you need to check whether the java version is supported or not with respect to
the Product Availability Matrix(PAM) guide.
Try also to clear manually your web application server cache.
If the issue still persists, you will have to redeploy the war files under your Web application Server.
