Dear All
I am having following issues in SOLMAN
1) While creating support desk message data is showing up in display screen, but when saved and displayed in CRMD_ORDER tcode, transaction data --> SAP Attributes are missing i.e. (Component, installation number, Name, client, system type, Operating System, Database system + Version and Release).

did you check if your issue is not the one explained in SAP note:
1788957 - SAP attributes are not displayed in support message
