SAP Fiori for crm - My Accounts App - Define Currency path missing

Hi ,

We are trying to configure the "My Accounts" app for Fiori crm.

And in the App Implementation: My Accounts - SAP Fiori Apps for Lower Back-End Releases - SAP Library link it is given that currency must be defined using Customer Relationship Management Master Data Business Partner Settings for "My Accounts" and "My Contacts" Apps Define Settings for Business Partner OData Services

But the path is missing..how do we configure this?

we are using CRM 7.0 EHP1 SP05 and UIX02CRM SP01  and GBX02CRMSP01

Thanks for your reply. Where to exactly search for this string "My Accounts"? when I do a search it says "no entry found". I am not sure if i am searching in the right place.

Hi Vishnupriya,

I think I found the root cause.

You are looking at SAP menu structure in SAP GUI. Go to the transaction SPRO and navigate the "IMG structure".

I did search it going to the SPRO transaction and navigating to the "IMG structure"

Most probably, you have not applied mandatory notes in backend.

Please test after applying notes.

Hi Masa,

Below are the notes for Leads and Opportunities. But they are for SPS04..Do we need to apply them for CRM EHP1 SP05??

My Opportunites Notes:

Back-end server (SPS04)

My Leads Notes:

Back-end server (SPS04)	1997578	Employee responsible set as blank
Back-end server (SPS04)	1999951	Employee responsible check for enabling the Accept/Reject button

Did you fixed your issue?

I'm configuring that App and I'm not able to find the 'Currency' part in the suggested Customizing activity aswell.

By the way you can access directly from SM31 with this View: CRMV_BUPA_OD.

Pls try implementing SAP OSS Note 2028544 - Request termination if currency or unit code is empty. Let me know.

Ciao Vishnupriya,

I've implemented the Note and actually it fixed the issue I got opening the app.

Now I have another issues where when I enter an Account I have an error related to TASKS.

The error log says:

'Customizing for this app is not complete. Contact your system admin.'

To be honest it is the same error I have opening the 'My Tasks' app.

Any ideas?

It seems that mandatory notes are missing. Incase you dont have the SP02 please update the same and apply the below notes

We already implemented all of them.

Some issues has been fixed but not all. Honestly I'm not able to understand what I'm missing.

I'll review the customizing, I might have missed something.

Hi all,

I have the same problem with Business Partner config in SPRO. I'm unable to find the "Currency" node in Master Data --> Business Partners. I have checked SNOTE and validated that all the notes have been applied already.

Here are the versions of the UI components that we are on:

We run 7.0 EHP2 SP11

Even after checking all notes mentioned in the above thread, I still cannot find the node.

Any clue?

Hi Fabien,

As mentioned before in this post the OSS Note 2028544 fixes the 'Currency' issue.

The second problem I got (related to TASKS where the error log says: 'Customizing for this app is not complete. Contact your system admin.') could be solved by assigning a Text Type in the Task customizing:

SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Settings for Activities --> Define settings for 'Manage Tasks' App.

I hope this will fix your problem.
