The SAP Financial Closing cockpit supports you in planning, executing, monitoring, and analyzing financial closing tasks for the entities of your group. The add-on combines significant new capabilities and all capabilities already existing for the product in the enhancement packages of SAP ERP 6.0.

You can use the Financial Closing cockpit Add-On in the following cases:

•   Activities recur periodically.
•   Multiple responsible agents are involved.
•   The activities are performed within a process that has a fixed chronological sequence or is determined by dependencies.
