how do we know, who has changed universe lastly

Hi Experts,

I can see in CMC, only time stamp of the Universe changed, but i want know the name of the person who has changed the Universe lastly.

Could please let me know, how can find out this ?

Hi Sai,

While Republishing universe to the repository, in the wizard itself, last submitter column appears.
You can take the user ID from there.

I guess from there you will be able to know the last submitter of your universe.

Hi Sai,

Are you using XI 3.1 or XI 4.1?

If XI 3.1, open universe in Universe Designer and go to Parameters.

On Summary tab, you can see the name under "Modified By" parameter.

It will tell the name of the user who last modified or exported the universe.

We have been using BO 4.0 with SP5. I know time of change in many ways. I'm very much interested to know the name of the person who has changed Universe lastly.

Hi Sai,

Seems like you overlooked my post. Did you check the "Modified By" value in Universe Parameters --> Summary tab?

It tells about the user who last modified the universe.

You can use audit universe, and create report to find out who changed universe.

I don't have Audit Universe, Audit Database. All i have is Admin account privileges to CMC and access to Query builder/AdminTools.

Can we get required information with this pls ?
