Cloud Portal Crash


I was developing the cloud site using SAP HANA Cloud Portal and it got crashed when I tried to publish.

The crash notification asked me to export site to zip and sent to technical support.

I downloaded the zip file but don't know how to communicate with technical support.

If any one could point me to the location, I would be grateful.
