CRM Fiori Apps - My Leads, My Opportunity - some fields not editable

Hi,

In CRM MyLeads and My Opportunities, display part is working fine. We are able to get the list of Opportunities and Leads. But when I try to Edit a Lead or an Opportunity, I am not able to type in anything to the "Name " field and in Leads even when I select a date it doesn't get displayed in the date field. And the "Name" field is marked mandatory as well.

We have the below note to be applied only for SPS04 right? We have CRM EHP2 SP06. Is the problem becasue we havent applied this note??

Sorry ..our CRM version is CRM 7.0 EHP1 SP05.

and support package level : UIX02CRM SP01  and GBX02CRMSP01

I think you have not applied mandatory corrections.

Please find notes with key word "SAPK-10002INUIX02CRM"  and "SAPK-70002INGBX02CRM".

Hi Masa,

Apart from 2048330 and 2052157, we have applied relevant notes to our system which we got by searching using keyword  "SAPK-10002INUIX02CRM"  and "SAPK-70002INGBX02CRM".

Our BBPCRM version is BBPCRM701. Could this be an issue?

Do we need to upgrade?

Hi Masa,

Even after applying the notes searching for  keywords SAPK-10002INUIX02CRM and 70002INGBX02CRM I am still facing lot of currency related issues. And also, My Accounts app is giving an error. I feel this is because I have not done the configuration "Define Currency". As mentioned in my previous posts, though I go to SPRO transaction and search for "My Accounts", I dont see anything relevant.

There is one SAP Note 2039045 related to this - But I dont see any currency related stuff there. I just see "Text Type for Note" and Description. (as shown in the image below)

Could you please help here?

Hi Vishnupriya,

Please check the Gateway support package level. Some currency conversion issues has been fixed in the Gateway component.

WE have Gateway support package level SP07.

Regarding Currency conversion issue - Yes could be possible. Because we are still not able to figure out the issue in this thread - SAP Fiori for crm - My Accounts App - Define Currency path missing

if you get short dump at runtime, Please look at the note

2028544 - Request termination if currency or unit code is empty.

Hi Masa,

Thanks a Ton. Applying this note solved almost all problems related to Currency!!

But we still have the issue in My Leads and My Opportunity apps. When we try to edit the name(description), the input field doesn't display the value what we enter. Also when we select the Start and End Date , those values  are not getting displayed in the respective UI date controls. Any specific note to the applied here for this issue?

Hi Vishnupriya,

It seems that mandatory notes are missing. It is better you to apply the SP02 and notes.

Hi Masa,

We are not able to bring the MyNotes application up and running.

We are getting an Authorization error.

We have assigned all roles mentioned in the App Implementation: My Notes - SAP Fiori Apps for Lower Back-End Releases - SAP Libraryl. Any other specific role to be assinged? Are we missing some role assignments here? Pls help.

You can take authorization trace in the transaction ST01 and can find what are missing.

Hi Raghu,

Btw SAPK-10002INUIX02CRM and SAPK-70002INGBX02CRM are keywords to search for list of SAP Notes to be applied. You need to look for components like UIX02CRM SP01 and GBX02CRM SP01. The link that I shared in my earlier post will give you detailed info on what components to be installed for what app.

I have implemented the SAP Fiori CRM app's in landscape.

But while uploading any file or image in MY Contacts App, facing error.

It is showing as file not uploaded and No virus scan profile is default .

Could you please let me how to configure the Virus scan profile for SAP Fiori.

In Transaction /IWFND/VIRUS_SCAN here you can set or turn off Virus Scan.

Your reply help a lot for me ,As per reply i have checked the SAPK-70002INGBX02CRM  in service market place it is not available in SMP.

Can you Please suggest on the same and if you any document for post installation step please share with me .In my CRM system i need to apply any other patches like IW_BEP,IW_PGW as in SMP it is showing the IW_BEP patches in under SAP Fiori Apps.

Hi Raghu,

SAPK-70002INGBX02CRM is not a component of SMP. You need to dearch in "Fiori" to donwload the respective UI and Backend server components. Please check with your BASIS team on this. They should be able to help you.

Are you planning to integrate Fiori and SMP. I suggest you to first bring up the CRM Fiori Apps and then integrate with SMP.
