What flag is responsible for shopping carts to display when flag "include completed shopping carts" is checked

Hi All,

I have a situation - SC is created with quantity 1 and price 1000, now PO was changed with quantity 1000 and price 1.

when we create a confirmation and invoice with quantity 100 and price 1, this Shopping cart is not displayed without the flag "include completed shopping cart" checked.

My question is -

What flag or indicator is responsible for shopping carts to display when flag include completed shopping carts is checked.

Once the SC quantity is fully confirmed, the SC is displayed when flag include completed shopping carts is checked.

I know this, my question is what makes this happen, is there any flag or any setting which gets this identified as completed cart?

Hello,

Flag FINAL_ENTRY is available at cart item level.
This flag controls the visibility when "including completed shopping carts" is selected.

Hi Ricardo,

In my case FINAL_ENTRY is not marked as X (flag is not marked) still cart is visible when "including completed shopping carts" is selected.

Just as a side note here, in POWL, the final entry is not how the field is presented in POWL, in POWL it is part of structure /SAPSRM/S_SEARCH_FIELDS, component 'WITH_CLOSED'

Hi Pankaj,

Business wise when the SC quantity is delivered and confirmed in system, the SC is complete. Therefore, the flag "include completed SC" on SC active queries considers those SCs which have been fully delivered & confirmed and last delivery has been ticked.

I understand the functionality but which configuration is responsible for this. I was thinking it is DOC_CLOSED indicator responsible for this functionality but in my case this indicator is not flagged still the cart shows in completed status
