Service Personallization Access Permission


We are using MII 14.0 SP05. Sometime while login into MII application, some user getting a fatal error message as "You do not have permission to access service personalization. After refreshing, we are able to navigate into MII application.

I want to know whether any additional role need to assigned to user? We assigned role SAP_XMII_User to all the user.

We are getting this error in SP04 also.
