Blank page for master settings in cloud connector

Hi all,

I installed trial version of cloud connector for developers.

When I try to log in for the first time, I can enter my password and then I can see the dialogue to choose master or shadow installation.

If I choose the master and click apply, I get a blank page.

What can be a problem?

In addition, I also tried to reinstall and choose the shadow installation.

If I choose the shadow installation I can provide the data, but the button "Connect" is not active.

Hi Elena,

which browser are you using for that? Which Cloud Connector variant are you using on which platform? Is there anything in the ljs_trace.log that gives a hint, why this is happening?

Hi Markus,

OS: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)

java version "1.7.0_67"

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM(build 24.65-b04, mixed mode)

Cloud connector: sapcc-2.4.2-linux-x64

Browser: Firefox 3.5.9

If I call ss scc I get the following:

38 Active com.sap.scc.rt_1.1.2

39 Resolved com.sap.scc.tomcat.utils_1.1.2 Master = 62

40 Resolved com.sap.scc.tomcat.valve_1.1.2 Master = 115

41 Active com.sap.scc.web.component_1.1.2

Hi Elena,

please use a more modern Browser. Firefox 3.5.9 is actually pretty old.

To use the default old browser was not a good idea.
