We are seeing several billion reads to the WDY_CONF_USER table each month in our manufacturing execution system boxes.
Most of the activity is against our custom web dynpro. Is this normal for WebDynpro's? I am on our performance team and am a former ABAPer but never did much with Web Dynpro's. Can the community offer any advice?
I researched OSS but was not able to find anything related to this problem.

Steve
Hi Steve,
The table WDY_CONF_USER is being written / read upon every user personalization settings / configurations on every access of the wd applications. Hence, it is highly possible to have many reads/writes to this table.

Rama
