InfoView Login Page is not loading Fully

Hi,

I am configuring Single Sign on for Business Objects InfoView using Siteminder in the Windows Server R2 2008. When I connect using port 8080((http://<server>:8080/InfoViewApp) page is loading properly. But when I try to load the InfoviewApp without 8080 port (http://<server>/InfoViewApp) it is not loading properly. Please find the screenshot below

Could someone help me to solve this issue?

Hi Prakadesh,

Is there any specific reason why you are using without port numbers? You should configure & use DNS aliases as per your requirement.

Hi Manikandan,

Using port number it would not be possible to configure Single Sign on. We need to configure Single Sign on using the LDAP.
