How to download XI payload from single stack system using message ID's

Hi Sap gurus,

I need to download a file from single stack using message id's.Correct me if i am wrong  i tried using NWA->message monitor->database ...but i got"You do not have permission to view the message content"...

Can anyone let me know the step by step procedure to achieve this..

You need to have sufficient permissions.

• For displaying message payload data, users should be assigned the payload action.
