Can anyone help me out with required Function modules or BAPI's for updating all of the database tables of DS and DSO's .

e.g: RSDS , RSDODSO

Try the below FMs for Datasource.

RSDS_DATASOURCE_SAVE

RSDS_DATASOURCE_SH_SAVE

RSDS_DATASOURCE_REPL_SAVE

RSA2_SERV_DSOURCE_SAVE

For DSO

BAPI_ODSO_CREATE

BAPI_ODSO_INSERT_DATA

RSSEM_ODSO_INSERT_UT
