You cannot edit object R3TR TABL ** with the standard editor

Hi All,

I have a Z structure created in my database with one field.

I need to modify that Z structure by changing its datatype.

When I create on change it gives me this error.

"You cannot edit object R3TR TABL <structurename> using standard editor.

Has anybody faced this situation earlier.

What is the solution of problem?

1) Was it originally created on that server?

2) you are changing the field's DE/DD aren't you?

Yes it was originally created on that server only earlier i thought of same option of conflict in the actual development client and the client in which i am trying to edit it.

Hi All,

With the help of one of my colleague got a solution to it.!
It was a segment of IDOC and so was able to edit it using WE31..!!
